The planning compliance checker reviews a lodged application for completeness: required documents, plan formats and fields that conflict with the property's zoning overlays. It writes a checklist for the applicant and the planner.
It makes no planning decision. It is in design and not yet available.
In design with a metropolitan council. It never approves or refuses anything; it tells applicants what is missing.
