Most teams are in the Collins Street studio two or three days a week, usually the days clients visit.
Two countries, one team
You will work daily with IndiaNIC engineers. Regular exchange visits run both ways.
Learning budget
An annual budget and paid days for courses, certifications and conferences.
Sensible hours
We plan for a normal working week. Late nights are a planning failure, not a culture.
