A Melbourne company that builds software properly.
We design, build and run software for Australian organisations: the systems that answer members, process referrals, issue permits and keep remote crews working. We are based in Melbourne, and we work with IndiaNIC to give clients engineering depth without losing a local team.
Our Melbourne story
australianic started with a simple observation: Australian organisations wanted the depth of a large engineering team, but not the distance that usually comes with it. Decisions kept getting lost between a sales office here and a delivery centre somewhere else.
So we built the company the other way round. Strategy, architecture, delivery management and client relationships sit in Melbourne, in your time zone and a tram ride from most of our clients. Engineering scale comes from IndiaNIC, our delivery partner, working inside the same team rather than at the end of a hand-off.
Today we spend most of our time on three kinds of work: connecting AI safely to the systems organisations already run, replacing platforms that hold teams back, and moving workloads to cloud platforms in Australian regions. We would rather do fewer things wellthan everything adequately.
