Privacy policy
Your information, handled plainly.
We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This page says what we collect through this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site we collect what you type: usually your name, email address, company and message, and optionally a phone number. We also record the pages you visited on this site before sending it, held in a first-party cookie, so we understand what you were reading.
We do not buy personal information, and we do not collect sensitive information through this site.
How we use it
To reply to you, to arrange the call or partnership conversation you asked for, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our client relationship platform, hosted in Australia. Our delivery partner IndiaNIC may see enquiry details only where they are working on your project, under the same access controls as our Melbourne team.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@example.com. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, tell us first; if we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, and note the date of the change below.
