AI & MCP integration
AI that reads your records, not the internet.
We build AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect a model to your CRM, ERP, service desk and document stores, with permissions, logging and a human in the loop where it matters.
What you get
MCP servers for your core systems
A typed, permissioned interface between models and the systems of record, so any approved assistant can read and act through one audited door.
Agents for one painful workflow
We pick a single high-volume task, measure it, and ship an agent that drafts, checks or routes it, starting in shadow mode.
Evaluation you can show an auditor
Every agent ships with a test set built from your own historical cases and a report of where it is right, wrong and unsure.
Hosting that respects residency
Models and data stay in Australian regions by default, in your cloud tenancy or ours.
How an engagement runs
Led by a delivery lead and architect in Melbourne, with engineering from IndiaNIC on the same backlog.
Step 1
Pick the workflow
Two workshops in Melbourne to find the task where the research, not the writing, eats the time.
Step 2
Measure the baseline
We time the work as it is today, so the result can be stated honestly later.
Step 3
Build the MCP layer
Read-only connections first. Writes are added one at a time, each behind an explicit approval.
Step 4
Shadow, then assist
The agent drafts silently against live work until its accuracy is known, then appears to your team as a suggestion.
Step 5
Hand over the controls
Your people own the prompts, the test set and the kill switch. We stay on for support if you want us.
Tools we reach for
We pick for your context, not our habits. These are the usual suspects.
- Claude, GPT and open-weight models
- Model Context Protocol
- Azure OpenAI (Australia East)
- AWS Bedrock (Sydney)
- Python and TypeScript
- Vector search on Postgres
Common questions
Does our data leave Australia?
Not by default. We deploy to Australian cloud regions and choose model endpoints that process in-region. Where a capability is only offered offshore, we tell you before anything is built and you decide.
Will the model be trained on our data?
No. We only use providers and contract terms that exclude customer data from training, and we put that in writing.
What is MCP, in one sentence?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to tools and data, so you build the connection to a system once and every approved assistant can use it under the same rules.
