What it does
This MCP server gives approved assistants structured access to Salesforce records: accounts, contacts, opportunities and cases. Field-level allow lists decide what a model can see, and every call is logged with the user and purpose.
Writes such as adding a case note are separate tools, each reviewed and enabled individually.
Read access by default; each write is a separate, named tool that has to be approved before it exists.

Questions we get asked
Can we use it with more than one AI tool?
Yes. That is the point of MCP: one governed interface any approved assistant can use.
